Chak De India – Bollywood Story in a Business School

Chak De India scores yet another hit, not on the box office this time but in the Management classroom. This movie is all about the Indian women’s hockey coach and team. A story about how the Indian women’s hockey team that overcomes odds and goes on to win the world championship.

Shah Rukh khan’s Chak De India is going to be a case study in a First year MBA Course at Aryan Business School (ABS), Chandigarh.

“The film will be taken up as a case study through which management students would study various aspects of management which can help them to be good and effective leaders in the future,” ABS chairperson Anshu Kataria said

Big B now in text books

Yet another achievement for the Icon of Icons. It is none other than the Great Amitabh Bachchan. Yes he is now going to enter the text books of social science prepared by NCERT for class VII Students as his character in the movie conveys the “Self Dignity” when Amitabh as a kid in Deewar movie refuses to pick up the coin dropped on his shoe polish toolkit and insist the client to put the same in hands with dignity.

This Particular shot from the movie shows how a boy ( a show shiner in the movie) feels about the dignity of work and insists the client that money be given respectfully for the work he has done. I am sure this would be a good message for the school kids on the dignity of work. I personally feel that it is one creative way of inspiring and teaching the school kids out of bollywood.

Shekar Suman’s new look

It was hell of a surprise when I saw this music video which featured Shekar Suman on the beach with a model and that too in a amazingly perfect toned body. Good to see a 45+ guy working on his body. He has told that he had worked on his body with help of Satya who had trained Hrithik, Ajay and Isha earlier. Good Work Satya. You have got a good Portfolio to showcase.
